Aston Villa fans have expressed their delight on Twitter with defender Kortney Hause.
This praise comes as a result of Hause tweeting two pictures of himself, one taking selfies with Villa fans and another of him playing in the 2-1 win against Wolves on Wednesday.
Hause captioned the tweet announcing Villa’s next round opponents Liverpool.
This tweet led to a lot of Villa fans replying positively to Hause’s post.

The 24-year-old has made three appearances for Villa’s first team so far this season. All three appearances have come in Villa’s victories in the Carabao Cup, the 6-1 thrashing of Crewe Alexandra in August, the 3-1 win over fellow Premier League side Brighton and the recent 2-1 victory over Birmingham rivals in the fourth round (per Transfermarkt). Hause is yet to make an appearance for Villa in the Premier League.
Despite a limited playing time for Villa, Hause has already hit it off with some fans from his cup performance.

What do we think?
Despite not managing to keep a clean sheet in his three Cup appearances for Villa so far this season, it’s clear to see that some Villa fans think Hause is good enough to play in the first team.
The Englishman joined Villa permanently this summer from Wolves for £3million following a loan spell (per Transfermarkt). Whether Villa fans will see Hause keep his place when they come up against Liverpool in the next round will be up to manager Dean Smith. If he stays fit, his record so far should make him a certainty to start.
