The international break is almost over and Arsenal Head Coach Unai Emery is about to head into arguably his most important run of games as Arsenal boss. Simon Mullock of the Mirror has reported that the Spaniard has a month to save his job but there is a feeling within the club that sacking the former Paris Saint-Germain coach will not solve the current crisis.
It appears the general consensus amongst the Arsenal fans is that Emery should not be given any more time and that by affording the 49-year-old another month the club risk falling further behind in the race for Champions League qualification.
Then they are deluded

So the club recognizes that they are in a crisis, but choose to stick with the crisis instead of taking a chance that the next manager will help solve it

Of course by that time we would be 12th position? What are they really smoking over there at the Emirates

What do we think?
The Gunners head into a run of fixtures which includes games versus Southampton, Norwich, Brighton and West Ham. None of them are playing particularly well at the moment and so, despite the poor form Arsenal have displayed in recent weeks, it’s not beyond the realms of possibility that they could turn a corner.
The most concerning point raised in the report is where it reads: “there is a belief inside the club that sacking the Spaniard will still not solve the crisis at the Emirates”. That would suggest there are deeper running issues at the club and given the disgruntlement that was expressed regarding the ownership during the summer you sense another protest/campaign is imminent but for now, all eyes are on Emery and his players.
