Liverpool fans are in a very good place at the moment.
The Reds are top of the Premier League by eight points, and with a win against Manchester United this weekend they can equal Manchester City’s record of 18 straight Premier League wins, and beating Spurs a week later should they get all three points at Old Trafford will see the Kopites make the record their own (BBC).
With that record staring them in the face and with the aim of extending their lead at the top of the Premier League, having the best possible eleven out on the pitch is going to be key to Jurgen Klopp.
Alisson Becker is certainly part of that eleven, and having him back fit is a massive boost, which appears to be the case as his face is all over the club’s Twitter account.

Obviously, the Reds are absolutely delighted to have their Brazilian gloveman back too. The former Roma man was key for them last season, amassing 27 clean sheets in 51 games in all competitions (Transfermarkt) as he helped Liverpool win the Champions League, and his return is certainly getting the Kopites excited ahead of their trip to Old Trafford.
Clean sheet fc is back. VAMOSSS!!

However, the feeling amongst the Reds isn’t all good. A lot of the fans have also been quick to point out that Adrian has barely put a foot wrong for them so far during his time at Anfield.
The Spaniard was the hero in Istanbul against Chelsea in the UEFA Supercup during the penalty shoot-out (BBC), and they’re going to be sad to see him dropped if Alisson does indeed get the nod on Sunday.
Shout out to Adrian ..Fitted in like a glove
