West Ham have started the season very strongly in Manuel Pellegrini’s second season in charge.
The Chilean has overseen eight games in the Premier League so far and only lost two of those, going on a six-game unbeaten run in between.
However, as Pellegrini looks to extend the strong start to the season, a report has surfaced from Football London News that QPR’s Ryan Manning is on the Hammers’ radar.
The young left-back has been in scintillating form this season, which we’ll go into, although his contract at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium expires next summer, meaning he can soon be snapped up on a free.
West Ham are reportedly eyeing defender Ryan Manning from QPR. The 23-year-old is out of contract at Loftus Road at the end of the season.

To elaborate on Manning’s form, the Irishman has managed three assists in 11 games this season whilst averaging 2.3 tackles, 1.3 interceptions as well as 2.3 key passes per game, via WhoScored.
However, both Southampton and Newcastle are also linked with the Championship ace, as per Football Insider, so if West Ham want him they may have to act fast.
Ryan Manning has had a great season for QPR and would be a good addition as cover in the West Ham squad. Hopefully wouldn’t be another Sam Byram who struggled to make the step up. Would be sensible business if West Ham signed him on a free transfer.

Gotten some good players from QPR in the past. Paul Goddard and Trevor Sinclair spring to mind.

Apparently he ain’t going to sign a new contract with Queens Park Rangers because he wants to play for West Ham now that he knows we are after him know what I mean? He will get more money every week he ain’t turning that down trust me on that alright! Be a good signing on a free?

Meanwhile, QPR fans have been in the comments raving about the youngster’s fast start to the season and all seem to rate him very highly, with certain fans not at all pleased that he’s being linked with a move away.
Has an option to extend an extra year, no way he is leaving on a free
