West Ham have got off to a good start under Manuel Pellegrini.
The Chilean was appointed at the start of the 2018/19 season (BBC) and guided the Irons to a 10th placed finish in his first season, a rise of three places from the previous season, yet as the fans have had their say on the ex-Man City gaffer, there appears to be differing verdicts.
A lot of them believe that their manager is doing a great job as you will see below, and as the club have tweeted out and asked for the fan’s favourite moments under the management of Pellegrini, the range of answers from those who are in favour of him and those who are aren’t is clear to see…

A lot of them, understandably, have singled out the win away at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium from last season when they became the first away side to win there (BBC), whilst others have picked other high points like the two wins over Manchester United and some of the business that’s been conducted, such as the high profile signings of Sebastien Haller for £45m (BBC) and Felipe Anderson for £36m (BBC).
Both home wins against Man United

However, some fans have gone the other way.
It may come as a surprise to some, but it appears the Chilean isn’t everybody’s cup of tea. Defeats to Wimbledon, 4-2 away in last season’s FA Cup 4th round (BBC), and Oxford, a more recent 4-0 loss in this season’s Carabao Cup (BBC), in the domestic cups have been picked out, and one fan even claimed his favourite Pellegrini moment will be when he leaves the club!
The final whistle when we played Oxford in the EFL Cup..

When he decided that we are that big a club the crappy carabao cup wasn’t worth competing in

How serious he takes the @Carabao_Cup and @EmiratesFACup competition’s. West Ham have waited forever to win anything so what a joy that we have a real chance to…
