Over the last few years, Michail Antonio has proved to be a key man for West Ham United.
The ex-Nottingham Forest man has bagged himself 28 goals and 18 assists during his 132 games for the Irons (Transfermarkt) although is currently out injured.
Whilst he’s recovering from his latest setback, the 29-year-old has been speaking to the BBC about mental health, explaining what it’s like as a professional football in the clip below:
