Trent Alexander-Arnold has become a permanent fixture within Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool team; however, three years on from his debut, the club have tweeted out a throwback picture of the youngster when he turned out for the Reds for the first time.
Since then, the full back has gone on to become an England international, a Champions League winner and a household Premier League name – racking up five goals and 23 assists in his 98 games for the club’s senior side (Transfermarkt).

The supporters have been quick to laud their defender as a potential future captain for the Reds, as the club confirmed that he should be fit to face Tottenham on Sunday.

Another group of Kopites, though, have no interest in looking ahead when it comes to Alexander-Arnold, as they believe that despite not being the club’s captain he’s already one of the best right-backs in both the Premier League and world football.
