Chelsea have experienced an impressive patch of form under manager Frank Lampard to rise to fifth in the Premier League table, and the performances of one player have got some fans singing his praises after a fine start to the 2019/20 campaign.
Willian, 31, has returned to the starting XI for the Blues’ last four Premier League matches as the west London side registered three wins against Wolves, Brighton and Southampton whilst falling short against run-away league leaders Liverpool.
Although the arrival of Christian Pulisic could have marked a reduction in minutes for the Brazilian international, he is currently excelling under Lampard and some Chelsea fans have been praising the 31-year-old’s performances in the 2019/20 campaign.

Yet whilst Willian has understandably been praised by some of the club’s fanbase, an emerging youth prospect who made his Champions League debut against Lille has been lavished with praise by some of the club’s fans after an impressive performance.
Reece James, 19, impressed on loan at Wigan Athletic in the 2018/19 campaign but has returned to Stamford Bridge and some of the club’s fans were particularly enthused after the club reflected on his performance in mid-week.
