Giovani Lo Celso’s Tottenham career is yet to really take off.
The Argentine signed for the club on loan from Real Betis on deadline day of the summer transfer window (BBC), yet owing to an injury he picked up whilst playing for the Argentine national team (Sky Sports), he’s yet to feature prominently for Spurs.
Last night, though, the midfielder, who has a £45m valuation from Transfermarkt, made just his fourth appearance of the season for Tottenham as he came off the bench for an 11-minute cameo in their 5-0 Champions League group stage victory over Red Star, something that really excited the home fans on the night.

The fans, as you will see below, absolutely loved seeing Lo Celso make his return to first-team action as he entered the fray, coming off the bench for Dele Alli.
The next step will be to get the midfielder half an hour of action or even a half, and hopefully, he’ll soon be in the starting eleven.

Whilst Lo Celso only got 11 minutes of action, the midfielder still did enough to convince some of the fans watching on of his qualities, and that will only become more prevalent if the 23-year-old is given a run of games and more minutes in the first team over the next few weeks.
He is going to be incredible
