Liverpool fans have got a lot of admiration for Fabinho. The Brazilian came into the side back in summer 2018 for a fee of £39m from Monaco (BBC) and a year later he became a Champions League winner. In that time he’s already racked up 54 games for the Kopites and certainly looks the part.
Ahead of the Reds’ clash with Genk in Belgium on Wednesday, Liverpool’s official Twitter account tweeted out a happy birthday for the Brazilian seeing as he turns 26-years-old on the day of the Champions League meeting, and the fans have been quick to laud the midfielder.

After losing to Napoli and beating Red Bull Salzburg in their first two games in the Champions League this season the Reds now face the task of going to Genk, where a win could take them top of the group should Salzburg avoid defeat at home to Napoli, and the fans will be expecting Fabinho to perform given their comments on the midfield man.

A lot of fans, though, were calling for something else from Fabinho on his birthday. The defensive midfielder may only have one goal so far in his career as an Anfield favourite, but a few supporters want to see him grab another one on his birthday.
