Tottenham predicted XI v Leicester

Mauricio Pochettino was left frustrated after his side let a two-goal lead slip against Olympiacos in the Champions League on Wednesday.

Davinson Sanchez played at right-back with Serge Aurier left at home and that’s one change we expect Poch to make against Leicester on Saturday.

Tottenham are in third in the league despite not convincing yet but there are six teams on the same number of points and one of them is Brendan Rodgers’ Leicester side.

They look a different proposition under Rodgers and could be this season’s surprise package.

This game won’t be easy for Tottenham and a defeat will heap even more pressure on a manager who doesn’t appear entirely happy at the moment.

Goalkeeper
Some Tottenham fans are still not convinced by Hugo Lloris but Pochettino is a fan. The club captain should start on Saturday.

Defenders
Danny Rose and Serge Aurier should be back in after being rested for the Champions League clash. Toby Alderweireld has played the full 90 minutes in all six games so far this season but we think Pochettino will want his best centre-back pairing for their visit to the King Power stadium. That means Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen.

Midfielders
Tanguy Ndombele didn’t look 100% fit against Olympiacos but he should play alongside Harry Winks on Saturday, with Christian Eriksen playing in a more advanced role.

Attackers
Heung-min Son scored two in the 4-0 win over Crystal Palace and will be raring to go again after playing just 17 minutes in midweek. Lucas Moura scored a thumper and he should get the right flank, with Harry Kane upfront.

Key battle – James Maddison v Serge Aurier
Right-back has been a problem for Tottenham this season but Serge Aurier impressed in his first game of the season against Crystal Palace. His defensive credentials will be tested by Maddison on Saturday.

Changes
Out: Davinson Sanchez, Ben Davies, Dele Alli
In: Serge Aurier, Danny Rose, Heung-min Son

Injuries
Ryan Sessegnon is set for assessment on his hamstring injury and is only likely to make the bench at best. Giovani Lo Celso is the only long-term injury now, with Juan Foyth back in training.

Watch it!
The game is being shown by BT Sport in the UK with a kick-off time of 12.30pm on Saturday.

This is the starting XI we expect Pochettino to announce tomorrow:
