Manchester United have added Paris Saint-Germain defender Thomas Meunier to their list of potential signings this summer, according to Kristof Terreur.
The reliable journalist, who works for Belgian newspaper HLN, has taken to social media to claim the Belgian defender is wanted by Arsenal as well as Manchester United
Terreur reports that Meunier was a childhood United fan, and has even been to Old Trafford this season to watch the club.
The reporter also adds that Paris Saint-Germain would be willing to selling the defender for the right price, and suggests that price is around £22million (XE).

Good move for United?
It could have the potential to be a great signing.
It seems that there are a few big clubs in England looking to bring the Belgian to their club, and it will be interesting to see where the defender ends up after the summer window.
The 27-year old has featured 31 times for the French giants this season, but it seems like PSG will be more than happy to sell the flyer should an attractive offer be placed on the table.

Likely to happen?
It wouldn’t be a huge surprise if Meunier were to make the switch to United should their reported interest come to fruition, especially considering he is supposedly a boyhood United fan.
Ole Gunnar Solskjær will have the job of convincing the defender into a switch to Old Trafford if the club decide to further their interest in the player, however it seems he won’t need too much convincing after it was revealed that he a fan has been since he was a child.
The question just remains as to whether United will meet the asking price that PSG are looking for.
