Yorkshire Evening Post journalist Phil Hay has left many Leeds United fans thrilled on Twitter after his latest update suggested that Helder Costa, Jack Harrison and Ben White could all be snapped up by the Whites this summer. It is not hard to see why the supporters would be pleased to see Costa head to Elland Road this summer as the Wolves winger is proven in the Championship and could be a major upgrade on what Marcelo Bielsa also has in his squad. Harrison would be quite an underwhelming addition. He was not great by any means last season and the Whites should probably avoid re-signing the winger from Man City. As for Brighton’s White, he is a bit of an unknown quantity, but could add some decent depth to the defence, so it would be foolish to write him off at this stage. This is a positive update by Hay and it is not a massive surprise to see the fans happy with his tweet.
where are we at – Costa is a real possibility but by no means there. Harrison looking likely to come back. Will probably do another wide option if they can. And they want Ben White from Brighton.
