Saido Berahino has congratulated Leeds United star Kemar Roofe for his engagement.
Roofe shared via his personal Instagram account an image of himself proposing to his partner in front of what seem to be his two children at Disney World.
The 26-year-old then received a lot of comments from his current and former team-mates, with the likes of Kalvin Phillips, Tyler Denton and Hadi Sacko all posting in the replies.
Roofe’s former West Brom team-mate Berahino, who has reportedly been sacked by Stoke, also sent a message to the Elland Road ace by simply saying: “Congratulations.”

It’s been a memorable summer break for Roofe, but Leeds fans will be anxious to know whether or not he plans to remain at Elland Road with his contract due to expire next year. The Walsall-born ace was a key player for the Whites last season, scoring 15 goals and supplying two assists in 34 appearances across all competitions as Marcelo Bielsa’s side finished third in the Championship and missed out on promotion in the play-offs. Leeds cannot afford to let a player like that leave Elland Road because he might be quite hard to replace. Luckily for Leeds fans, Football Insider has reported that United will offer the former West Brom attacker a new £20,000-a-week deal, which doubles his current wages. That might not get sorted out for a while though as clearly Roofe is on holiday with his family right now. Hopefully the fact that he has a young family means that he might not want to move away from the area in the summer.
