Mauricio Pochettino is predicted to make five changes to his starting line-up for Tottenham’s Champions League final showdown against Liverpool in Madrid on Saturday.

Pochettino is likely to revert to a team similar to the one that beat Ajax in the semi-finals, which means that Harry Kane could be named on the bench due to his recent injury issues.

Kyle Walker-Peters, Eric Dier, Ben Davies, Erik Lamela and Fernando Llorente could all lose their spots from the starting line-up after they featured against Everton on the final day of the Premier League season.

Kieran Trippier, Jan Vertonghen, Danny Rose, Victor Wanyama and Heung-min Son are all predicted to return to the side.

Hugo Lloris is likely to start in goals behind a back-four of Trippier, Toby Alderweireld, Vertonghen and Rose.

Wanyama could return to the centre of the midfield alongside Spurs fan favourite Moussa Sissoko.

Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Son are predicted to line up in the attacking midfield positions with £80,000-a-week [Spotrac] Lamela likely to be axed to the bench.

Lucas Moura, who was the Tottenham hero against Ajax in Amsterdam, might be named to start up front ahead of Fernando Llorente, who made a big impact off the bench in the semi-finals, and Kane, who might not be fully fit to start.
