Tottenham fans could be forgiven if they were sceptical about a claim that Ryan Sessegnon is close to leaving Fulham and heading to North London, but it seems as though many supporters on Twitter are blown away by the news. According to South London Press journalist Richard Cawley, the 18-year-old’s move from Fulham to Tottenham is almost complete. Sessegnon is due to enter the final year of his deal at Craven Cottage in the coming weeks and Spurs look as though they have moved quick to snap up the winger, who has been in-demand ever since breaking onto the scene at Fulham. He has not been amazing this season but these Spurs fans have every right to be excited by the prospect of Mauricio Pochettino and Daniel Levy signing the England Under-21 international as he has a massive future ahead of him and could be a real star of the Premier League in just a few years’ time. It also makes a statement on how Tottenham are going to approach this summer and hopefully they get four or five top-quality additions made sooner rather than later.
