Aleksandar Mitrovic may be loved at Fulham but it seems many Everton supporters hated the idea that he could potentially end up playing for their club. Sky Sports reported on Friday that the Toffees were in pursuit of the 24-year-old attacker with them keen to add a new centre-forward to their squad in the summer. The broadcaster claimed that while Mitrovic wanted to play in the Premier League next season, Fulham weren’t willing to sell him despite being set to play their next campaign in the Championship. However it seems the Everton supporters below are rooting for Fulham to get their way as they ripped apart the attacker by being dismayed over their club pursuing him. Several fans claimed he was no better than Cenk Tosun, one even called him a lamppost, while others just simply begged their club not to sign him. Mitrovic scored 11 goals in 37 Premier League outings in his 2018/19 campaign and that’s impressive considering the miserable season the Cottagers had.
