OPINION
Kurt Zouma has been a complete revelation for Everton this season, but will return to his parent club Chelsea at the end of the season. The 24-year old has become a real fan favourite at Goodison Park this season since his arrival, and was a key figure in Everton’s 2-0 home win over Burnley on Friday. The Frenchman could potentially involved in Maurizio Sarri’s plans for Chelsea next season, but the Toffees’ fans will be hoping that Marco Silva can acquire his services next season too, potentially signing him on a permanent deal. Zouma has recorded two goals and two assists so far this season, and has played 30 Premier League games in total for the Merseyside club. Whether Everton will be able to afford to shell out to bring Zouma in on a more permanent deal in the summer is another question however, as Chelsea will no doubt be looking to cash in on the defender should he not be needed at Stamford Bridge. Zouma took to social media following Everton’s win over Burnley, tweeting from his personal twitter account, and this led to many Everton fans saying the same thing by urging him to stay.
