OPINION
Having been brought in by Arsenal manager Unai Emery for only his fourth Premier League appearance in total, 19-year-old Joe Willock has looked brilliant for the Gunners in their final league match against Burnley so far. He has been deployed in an attacking position, and this is second league appearance of the season – and his first start – having featured in the FA Cup and Europa League for the Gunners earlier this term. In the first half against Burnley, he has looked solid with some nice passing and had a good chance early on. If Willock continues to put in the same level of performance for Arsenal every time he is introduced to the first team, fans are going to love him in the future. While this is a good time for Willock to be put on – what with Arsenal’s quest for Champions League glory almost certainly over the youngster has not opted to sit back. Instead, he has put on a show for the Arsenal fans who have travelled to Turf Moor.
