Neil Lennon is predicted to make two changes to Celtic’s starting line-up for their final game of the Scottish Premiership season against Hearts at Parkhead on Sunday.

Mikael Lustig went off injured in the 2-0 defeat to Rangers last week and with the Scottish Cup final on the horizon, Lennon is unlikely to take any risks and could start Jeremy Toljan at right-back.

Attacker Mikey Johnston could also be axed after a poor display at Ibrox last week and he could be replaced by Olivier Ntcham in the starting line-up so that Oliver Burke can move over onto the wing.

Scott Bain is predicted to start in goals behind a back-four of Toljan, Jozo Simunovic, Kristoffer Ajer and Jonny Hayes. Kieran Tierney is unlikely to be risked in this game so Hayes could get the nod to start at left-back.

Scott Brown could join Ntcham in the midfield with Tom Rogic ahead of them in the attacking midfield role.

Burke might start on the right wing with Callum McGregor on the left-hand side of Lennon’s formation.

Odsonne Edouard is predicted to start up front as the lone striker as the Bhoys get ready to lift their eighth Scottish Premiership title in a row once the match is over.
