COMMENTARY
Rangers defeated Hearts 3-1 on Saturday but some supporters still weren’t overly impressed with the display of one player. The player in question was none over than Daniel Candeias, who ended up registering two assists during the clash with Hearts. Despite the 31-year-old being pivotal to the Gers having a comfortable lead, it didn’t stop some questioning him. One Rangers supporter made it clear the club should be looking to replace Candeias in the summer, ironically just after he whipped the ball in for Nikola Katic to score, while another thought he was having a stinker. While Candeias was in sensational form at times during the game, you can see why a large number of Gers supporters still opted to heavily criticise him. The 31-year-old showed he had the ability to carve Hearts open but there would be large spells of the game where all his passes seem to go straight to his opposition. It seems if Candeias wants to win Gers supporters over, he needs to be consistently good across 90 minutes, not just weave his magic when he feels like it.

Candeias has had a poor game so far, would change it at half time
