OPINION
Wolves full-back Ruben Vinagre came on in the 67th minute for Jonny in the 0-0 draw with Brighton on Saturday, and it is safe to say that he made a big impact when he came on. He may only have played for over 2o minutes, but he caused all sorts of problems for Brighton full-back Bruno, with his surging runs proving to be more than the 38-year-old could cope with. He will no doubt put some pressure on Nuno Espirito Santo to start him against Arsenal in their next game, and teammate Jonny is no doubt sweating at the prospect of being dropped for that clash. Vinagre is just the extra bit of energy Wolves need for the final push of the season, and judging by the verdicts of these fans, that would be welcomed with open arms. He is showing the type of form that is going to give him a run in the team until the end of the campaign.

Performance ok today, just lacked drive and penetration. Raul looked tired but bench not really strong enough yet though Vinagre made a difference again

It’s Vinagre dynamism and directness that you need against a packed defence(yes his quality was questionable). Jonny recycles possession well but with no penetration.
