OPINION
Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi is usually a scapegoat in the fans’ eyes, and this is no surprise given that his performance in the 3-2 loss to Crystal Palace was abysmal. He cannot seem to get a stroke of luck, and it remains to be seen why Unai Emery has even considered playing him this season. Mustafi was signed by Arsene Wenger when he was previously in charge of the club, and there was a fan who has named him as one of the worst signings that the club have ever made. That would not be a harsh assessment of the player, and there must be a reason why he is criticised in every match that he plays. Another fan commented on how he should be sold in the summer, and based on this outing, that looks like that will definitely be the case. It looks like the Arsenal fans have had just about enough of him.
