Leeds owner Andrea Radrizzani has revealed that his side will be going to Las Vegas if they win promotion back to the Premier League.

Talking on a Leaders in Sport interview, Radrizzani was asked how he would celebrate if Leeds won promotion to the top-flight this season.

They’re currently in second place with four games to go and have a three-point lead over Sheffield United in third.

“If it happens we all go to Vegas with the players, I promised them.”

OPINION

Leeds are favourites to win automatic promotion this season but it’s still nip-and-tuck at the top of the Championship, and too close to call. The results last weekend went their way and put their fate back in their hands, and the three-point buffer means they can afford to draw one of the four remaining games, but Sheffield United won’t have given up on second place yet. 10 points will do it for Leeds though, and they have two very winnable games coming up over the Easter weekend – Wigan and Brentford. Six points from these two games would put them on the brink of their first return to the Premier League since 2004. And it would also net the squad a trip to Vegas to celebrate. Leeds are currently working on a documentary of the season and we hope that this is how it ends. We’d pay good money to see the Leeds players celebrating in Sin City and we can see some fans making the trip over too.
