COMMENTARY
Joe Lolley is often the headline-stealer for Nottingham Forest for all the right reasons and why he wasn’t on top-form against Preston North End on Saturday, he still had many Forest supporters purring on Twitter. While Martin O’Neill’s side disappointingly drew 0-0 with Preston in their latest outing, Lolley was the creative heart of the team, just like one fan said, whenever they did get a chance to score. It’s no surprise that one Forest fan positively claimed that for Lolley to score all that needed to happen was for the ball to fall kindly to him. The 26-year-old may not have had any luck in front of goal, but you feel due to his efforts, fans were ready to praise him. You do feel that if Lolley keeps excelling for Forest in the way that he has this season, then offers from Premier League clubs will come in for him in the summer. Yet is’ very important that Forest do all they can to hold on to him as he is key to any success they may achieve in the near future.
