Tottenham left-back Ben Davies has been spotted training on his own with a physio today ahead of their Champions League game against Borussia Dortmund at Wembley on Wednesday.
ESPN journalist Ben Pearce made the reveal from the open training session and commented, “Looks like he’s still unavailable”.
Pearce made the comments on his personal Twitter page ahead of the lunchtime press conference.

There was even more bad news later though, with the news that Danny Rose, Pochettino’s other left-back was also missing from training.

OPINION
Davies has missed the last three Premier League games with a groin strain and he doesn’t look like he’s going to recover in time for the first leg of the tie against Dortmund tomorrow. Tottenham are well covered in that area, with Danny Rose impressing in the last few games. However, Rose was missing from training too and that could have major repercussions for Tottenham if both players are ruled out. That could mean one of either Jan Vertonghen or Kyle Walker-Peters deputising on the left-side of defence. We should get more information with Pochettino due to take his press conference this lunchtime. Tottenham will also have to do without Dele Alli and Harry Kane, with both stars still sidelined. Alli was spotted in the gym today but there was no sign of Kane at today’s training session.
