OPINION
Leeds weren’t very good in the first-half against QPR. They looked better than QPR but that wasn’t hard and you would never guess this was a team trying to get back onto the top of the Championship. No one covered themselves in glory but fans saved most of their criticism for Tyler Roberts, employed in the number 10 position by manager Marcelo Bielsa with Kemar Roofe out injured. He wasn’t at the races at all in the first-half and some fans were calling for the introduction of Izzy Brown, the Chelsea loanee who is still waiting to make his debut for Leeds after arriving injured. To be fair, he couldn’t be much worse than Tyler Roberts, who never looked comfortable on the ball in the first 45 minutes and misplaced a number of fairly simple passes. One Leeds fan went as far as to call him a “headless chicken” while another simply said he was “rubbish”. The one highlight for Leeds in the first-half was the fans. They made Loftus Road sound like Elland Road as they tried to get their team firing. It’s a must win game tonight and, bar a chance for Patrick Bamford after 32 minutes, Leeds don’t look like winning anything tonight, although they got better as the half went on.
Here are the best reactions to a very drab first-half from Tyler Roberts:

Roberts' passing and touch been a bit off. Looks a bit rushed #lufc

Tyler Roberts is not a number 10. #lufc

Roberts poor. I’d swap him for Brown if he fluffs another pass. #lufc

When Tyler Roberts turns up and it's XI on XI, it'll be a fair game.
