COMMENTARY
After getting a couple of minutes worth of action under his belt against Kilmarnock it appeared as though Vaokun Issouf Bayo was starting to step up at Celtic after his January move. However, as confirmed on the Hoops’ official Twitter account, Brendan Rodgers has chosen to axe him completely from the squad against Motherwell on Sunday and the Parkhead faithful simply cannot get their head around the decision. Yes, the 22-year-old might be viewed as one for the future but at the same time, why was he part of the squad in recent weeks if not to get him ready for the first team? With injury problems starting to ease up among the Hoops, it seems as though the new arrival is actually further down the pecking order than originally thought and he faces a battle to try and force his way back into the senior side any time soon. The fans do not seem happy but they and Bayo must be patient for his time will come – it just might not be now.

My thoughts are WTF ? ??? No MacGregor, No Bayo ? Will Ntcham play again this season ? Is Tierney fit enough to play or is it a rushed job ? A young kid and a guy who was out for a year in CM ? Questions questions

Unless he's keeping Bayo for Wednesday is a weird one
