West Ham have been offered the chance to sign Inter Milan attacker Gabigol, according to The Sun

The newspaper report that the Serie A side are keen for the Brazil international to leave on loan this month, and have made him available to the Hammers and other Premier League sides.

The Sun claim that Irons boss Manuel Pellegrini is currently mulling over the deal, with the Chilean mastermind set to review all his January targets before making a decision.

It is said that Gabigol is seeking talks over his future with Inter this week.

Good move for West Ham?

Yes.

Despite their relative wealth of attacking options, the Hammers have not exactly been prolific in front of goal so far this season.

Players like Andy Carroll and Lucas Perez are not exactly contributing goals on a regular basis, and Pellegrini will no doubt be looking to solve that problem this month.

There have been rumours of an exit for Perez, and should that happen, then replacing him with Gabigol would be a shrewd move for the Hammers.

Likely to happen?

It looks like Gabigol is likely to leave Inter this month, with the Brazil international never really settling in Italy.

The 22-year-old has just spent a highly successful spell back home with Santos, and is obviously keen on continuing that elsewhere, with reports suggesting he is keen on a move to England.

All the signs are pointing towards a deal being available to West Ham, but it will be up to Pellegrini whether they actually go for it, with the decision set to come in the coming days.
