West Ham could solve their potential striker exodus with a move for Torino forward Andre Belotti.

The Hammers could lose both Marko Arnautovic and Javier Hernandez this month, with the Austrian embroiled in a Chinese transfer saga, as reported by the BBC, and the Mexican being linked with a move to Valencia, as reported by the Mirror.

If the Irons were to lose either, or both, their main attacking options, Manuel Pellegrini would surely have to move for a new forward this January, and a swoop for Belotti would be a massive coup.

The 25-year-old has been a key man for Torino in recent seasons, and has netted seven goals in all competitions so far this season.

According to Italian outlet Cuore Toro, the Hammers are weighing up an offer of around £44 million for his services and see him as the ideal replacement for the wantaway Arnautovic.

The Italian international is a lethal finisher and a natural predator, and would elevate West Ham’s attack to another level entirely.

At 25, he is just entering his prime, and could go on to become one of the most sought after goalscorer’s in Europe, if he’s given the right backing.

If he was drafted in to the London Stadium, Pellegrini would build an attack around him, and he could become exactly the kind of hero the Hammers need to take that next step towards becoming a serious Premier League contender.
