Stan Collymore has predicted that West Ham United will share the spoils when they travel to the Vitality Stadium to take on Bournemouth on Saturday.

The ex-Aston Villa player made his prediction for the clash between the two sides via his personal Twitter account, and he believes that the Irons will secure a 2-2 draw with the Cherries.

The Hammers secured a crucial 1-0 win over Arsenal last Saturday thanks to a debut strike from midfielder Declan Rice, a result that means they now sit ninth in the Premier League table.

Bournemouth come into this fixture on the back of  2-0 loss to Everton last Sunday.

OPINION

Bournemouth have not been in the best of form lately, so it is surprising to see Collymore plump for a 2-2 draw between the two sides. West Ham on the other hand, have been rather decent lately, so a win would no doubt be very likely on Saturday despite the whole furore surrounding Marko Arnautovic. They go into this match without their Austrian talisman, but you would have thought that having the likes of Felipe Anderson and Samir Nasri would be more than enough to secure them all three points. Beating the Gunners would have definitely made their confidence go through the roof, and this game will also be a test to how they can cope without their main striker. By the looks of it, West Ham are well on their way to a tenth placed finish this season – whether it is with or without the presence of Arnautovic.
