OPINION
Ruben Vinagre may have had some nervy moments in this 4-3 win over Leicester, but he definitely does not deserve the criticism he has received from this section of Wolves fans. He certainly had his bright moments with some assured passing, but these supporters were clearly having none of it. One fan said he was the “worst player on the pitch”, while another one described how he had a “shocker” on Saturday. If anything, he is one of the Wolves players who has gone on the most leaps and bounds this season. He is still young so it is rather unfair to expect so much of him so soon. There is no doubt that he will improve as the season goes on, especially if Nuno Espirito Santo continues to place his trust in him. It is easy to disagree with this portion of fans, because Vinagre put in a decent shift in this thrilling fixture.
