Everton are interested in Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser and could bid £15million for his signature this month, according to The Sun

The newspaper report that the Toffees hold a growing interest in the Scotland international, who has been in red-hot form this season with six goals and 10 assists in all competitions.

The Sun claim that Everton boss Marco Silva sees the 24-year-old as a player who fits in perfectly with his attacking philosophy, and could be willing to part with £15million for him in the coming weeks.

It is said that Bournemouth are ready to offer Fraser a new deal to ward off interest, with Southampton also in the hunt.

Good move for Everton?

Yes.

Fraser is in a rich vein of form at the moment, with the Scotland international second in the Premier League assist chart with nine in the competition.

The 24-year-old has really come into his own this season after playing a fringe role for the Cherries previously, and it is no wonder that the Toffees are considering a bid.

With 18 months left on his current deal it is crunch time for Bournemouth to do a deal, and it makes even more sense for Everton to pounce now if they want to lure their man to Goodison Park.

Likely to happen?

At the moment, you would think not.

Fraser is obviously enjoying life on the south coast, and giving that up for a move up north would be a big risk at this stage of the season.

The 24-year-old does have options with just a year-and-a-half left on his current deal, but he is better off waiting until the summer to decide on his future.

It is also not clear whether £15million would be enough for Everton to sign him, with Bournemouth surely demanding more for their star man.
