Everton entertain Bournemouth on Sunday in a mid-table Premier League clash which should bring goals and excitement, and Marco Silva must make four changes to his starting XI.

The Toffees scraped through to the fourth round of the FA Cup last time out as they secured a narrow 2-1 win over League Two minnows Lincoln City at Goodison Park.

Opponents Bournemouth did not have such luck in their FA Cup tie as they fell to a 3-1 home defeat by Premier League rivals Brighton, with the Cherries without a win in four games in all competitions.

In goal, Jordan Pickford must retain his place.

In defence must come two changes, with Lucas Digne replacing Leighton Baines on the left, while Michael Keane must replace 6’3″ colossus Kurt Zouma [Transfermarkt] in the middle. Yerry Mina and Jonjoe Kenny must retain their places.

Another switch should come in midfield where out-of-form youngster Tom Davies must be axed in favour of Andre Gomes, with Idrissa Gueye keeping his place.

Ademola Lookman, who scored against Lincoln, must retain his place on the right wing, as must Bernard on the other flank, who also scored in that 2-1 win. This would be a rare Premier League start for youngster Lookman, who has featured from the beginning just once so far this season.

Gylfi Sigurdsson must keep his spot in the playmaker role, while Richarlison must replace Dominic Calvert-Lewin in attack.

This is an Everton side which has more than enough to rip Bournemouth to shreds on Sunday and get their Premier League campaign back on track.
