Aaron Ramsey may be leaving Arsenal at the end of the season, but the Wales international clearly wants to give his all for the club until that day comes. Ramsey started against Manchester United in the FA Cup fourth round on Friday night, and was one of the best players on the pitch as he put in a brilliant all-round display despite the loss. Ramsey has, by all accounts, been a model professional since being informed the club would not be extending his contract. That really showed in his work-rate on Friday as he got himself round the pitch like a man possessed against a United side flowing with confidence. As evidenced by some of the fan reactions below, it is still a bit of a mystery why exactly the Gunners are allowing the 28-year-old to leave the club – especially on a free transfer. You can’t help but feel this may be a move which the club come to regret, and some supporters clearly do not agree with it.
