Nottingham Forest have agreed a fee to sign Tyrone Mings on loan from Bournemouth, according to BBC Radio Nottingham journalist Robn Chipperfield.
The radio presenter claimed via his personal Twitter account that Forest, at this stage, are the only club to reach an agreement with the Premier League club.
Hearing #nffc have agreed loan fee with Bournemouth for Tyrone Mings…
As it stands, the only club who've done that…

The Daily Mail had earlier reported via their live transfer blog on Wednesday [11:55am] that Bournemouth were demanding a £1million loan fee for Mings, 25, amid interest from Aston Villa and West Brom, who have since seen talks stall.
Good move for Forest?
Martin O’Neill inherited quite a defensive crisis once he took charge at the City Ground, so a deal to sign a centre-back like Mings is extremely welcome.
The 6ft 5 (transfermarkt) colossus is a left-sided centre-back who can also play at centre-back.
While he has struggled for game-time in the Premier League this season, earning just five league appearances for Bournemouth, he will definitely be good enough for any top-end Championship club.

Likely to happen?
Forest may be the first team to agree a fee with Bournemouth, but that are unlikely to be the only ones.
Villa and West Brom have both reportedly been in talk to sign the ex-Ipswich defender as well, so there is always the potential for O’Neill’s efforts to be hijacked by one of the West Midlands clubs.
Mings will definitely get more first team football at the City Ground though, so he could prefer a move there instead of Villa or Albion.
