COMMENTARY
Celtic fans would have been thinking they had gone back in time watching on in their side’s clash against Dundee, with Scott Sinclair looking like he was well and truly back to his best after a hit and miss season. The winger was handed a rare start by Brendan Rodgers – having been in the starting XI for just 17 of his 30 appearances all season – and paid back the manager’s faith with a top quality performance which had the supporters purring on Twitter. He was full of pace and flair, terrorising the visitors’ back line over and over and creating a handful of chances for both himself and his teammates. If this is what Parkhead can expect from Sinclair now then they should brace themselves to see much more of him over the coming matches. He will be hoping that his bright showing can result in more goals and assists too.
This is Futbol has gathered a selection of the Celtic fans’ tweets:

Good first half. Good passing and movement. Should be 4-up. Dundee haven’t so much parked the bus as taken the keys, slashed the tyres and set it on fire. Johnstone’s goal superb. Sinclair very good.

Biggest 1-0 pumping I’ve seen in a while.
Sinclair has been great, Johnston brilliant. Well in control of the game.
