OPINION
There was plenty of social media finger pointing from Wolves fans after their side slumped to a 2-1 defeat at Cardiff City on Friday night after going a goal ahead through Matt Doherty early in the first half. One of those getting it in the neck was wide forward Helder Costa, who is one of a remarkable eight Wolves players to start all 14 of their Premier League matches this season. Many supporters were calling for a demotion for the Portugese attacker, who played 66 minutes of the clash at Cardiff City Stadium before he was replaced by countryman Diogo Jota. Costa has the faith of manager Nuno Espirito Santo, but his lack of end product is a growing concern. Sure, he is blisteringly quick and gets in areas where he can hurt opponents but the cold fact of the matter is that the winger has not scored a single goal or a supplied one assist from those 14 league starts. Little wonder so many Wolves fans are calling for him to be axed.
