OPINION
When Gabriel Jesus came to England, you might have been forgiven for thinking he was the second coming incarnate. The Brazilian wonderkid was so prolific that for a while he looked certain to displace Sergio Aguero from the Man City line-up for good. In recent times, however, he has fallen off the pace somewhat, struggling to persuade Pep Guardiola to give him a decent run in the side and scoring just once in the Premier League so far this campaign. Without a doubt, the 21-year-old has talent in abundance, but he lacks the same kind of clinical streak that has made Aguero such a legend at the Etihad. His work rate is good, and he still has plenty of time to amend for his wastefulness in front of goal, but of he lacks the natural killer instinct that Aguero is gifted with then it is difficult to see when his big break at City is ever going to come.

Remember when some City fans were ready to bin Aguero due to the resurgence of Gabriel Jesus?
It really is time to bin these fans. Football isn't the sport for them.

What did Gabriel Jesus actually offer? No good link-up, no clever movements, no shots on goal I think, useless
