Everton must reignite their reported summer pursuit of Hull City attacker Jarrod Bowen as he may go for only just £5million in January.

The Sun previously reported in June that Toffees were preparing a £12million bid for the Championship dazzler after he wowed in 2017/18 campaign by scoring 15 goals.

Yet for whatever reason the Toffees didn’t successfully pry Bowen around Hull and he is still with the Tigers currently.

The 21-year-old right-sided winger has continued to impress in his 2018/19 campaign and has managed to score six goals in his league outings so far.

When you consider that Hull City have struggled for goals across the team and only managed to get 21 in total, getting six shows how Bowen is continuing to shine.

The 21-year-old has fabulous dribbling skills and an eye for a goal and it’s easy to imagine him being a success at Goodison Park if he continues to go from strength to strength.

Even though Bowen’s talent is still as clear as ever according to The Sun Fulham and Cardiff City are about to go head-to-head for the winger and he could potentially move to one of them for just £5million.

This is an amazing price to pay for a winger, who is only set to get better given his age, and the Toffees must reignite their pursuit of him as a result.

Bowen’s value has only likely taken a hit due to Hull struggling at the wrong end of the Championship and Marco Silva would be foolish not to take advantage of the situation.

Therefore while the Toffees are desperate for a winger, they can’t afford to pass up on the opportunity to sign such a talented attacker for a bargain price.
