OPINION
Nottingham Forest right back Tendayi Darikwa certainly didn’t have his best day at the office in his team’s 3-3 draw with Norwich City on Wednesday. The Zimbabwe international struggled throughout the contest and couldn’t seem to get to grips with the frenetic pace of the game. He just needs to show a bit more composure at times in matches because he remains somewhat erratic at the back. He is a talented player, that’s been proven on occasion this season, but he needs to find a bit more consistency if he is to provide Aitor Karanka’s side with a solid presence on the right hand side of defence. Norwich are a top side, of course, and so it’s natural to suffer against them a bit more than other Championship outfits, but he still needs to do better if Forest are to meet their goals this campaign. You get the feeling that Karanka’s team aren’t far away from making a real promotion push, and if they can get a bit more consistency from players like Darikwa then they might be in with a shout.

People will slate Dias (rightly so, he was poor when he came on) but for me Darikwa had a stinker today. Can see why Robinson went off (red card waiting to happen) but I’d have put Watson on for Cash if he needed to go off. Pants MOTM #nffc

Darikwa has had a very poor game again. Start Janko at RB Saturday. #NFFC

Hefele, Dias, and Pants have been majorly disappointing. Watson and Fox same as per. Soudani and Byram injuries are huge imo. Darikwa done well recently but was dreadful today. That front 6 of Yacob, Colback, Lolley, Carvalho, Cash and Grabban is the best we've had in how long?

If Dias wears the shirt again then I’m sorry but Karanka has to go, Darikwa terrible, his worst game in a Reds shirt. I would not be surprised if Karanka is sacked after that performance, too many times this season, we have thrown points away due to poor game management. #NFFC
