No wonder Alan Pardew is currently unemployed with his judgement on players. Paul Dummett has proven the former Newcastle United boss very, very wrong with the club’s official Twitter account taking a subtle dig at him on Monday by saying that he told Dummett that he’d never make a Premier League appearance for the Tynesiders. On Saturday, the left-back made his 100th top-flight appearance for the Magpies, which just goes to show how useless a manager Pardew is. Some Newcastle fans are understandably delighted with the club’s dig at their former boss, who left St James’ Park in 2014. He has since lost jobs at Crystal Palace and West Brom and finds himself without a club right now. Maybe Dummett should point out that Pardew will never manage in the top-flight again, because after his horror shows at Newcastle, Palace and West Brom, no club should ever be interested in him again.
