Many Celtic fans must be desperate for Brendan Rodgers to sign a new right-back in the January transfer window, because they have been blown away by the idea of signing Timothy Castange from Atalanta next month. According to the Daily Mail, the Hoops have launched a £6million swoop to sign the Belgium international, even though the Serie A side are reluctant to sell him. That has not stopped these Celtic supporters from getting excited about the ex-Genk right-back’s potential arrival next month, and you cannot blame them because he could be a seriously good addition at Parkhead. Castange is only 23-years-old and even though he has not played a lot of football for Atalanta this season, he has managed to play his way into the Belgium international squad, having made his debut against Scotland earlier this year. Not any old player can make it into the Belgium team, and that proves why Castange would be a good signing for the Hoops.
