Everyone will agree with these Celtic fans except for the man that matters, Brendan Rodgers. Scott Sinclair has been woeful in the last 12 months and he needs to be axed from this starting line-up as soon as possible. As most of these Hoops supporters point out, Johnston did more off the bench in the 2-0 defeat to Hibernian that Sinclair has done for most of the season. Johnston is only 19-years-old and has only made 14 senior appearances in his career, it is about time that those numbers start to rise more rapidly because he is clearly ready for a run in the side. Ryan Christie was not fancied by Rodgers until an injury crisis plagued the midfield. What will it take for Johnston to get a run of starts? Sinclair has been woeful and it would be a massive relief for the Celtic supporters if Rodgers finally made the bold decision to axe the Englishman and put his faith in a young Scotsman.
