OPINION
West Ham were thumped by Manchester City 4-0 and that does not come as a surprise when you look at the performance of Pedro Obiang. He did not look like the player who excelled in the midfield trio of Declan Rice and Mark Noble before, so it is hard not to agree with those supporters who have called him ‘abysmal’. Saying he needs to be sold in January may seem a bit harsh, but when your team is losing by four goals, who can blame them? No one was expecting the Hammers to end City’s unbeaten run on Saturday, but their fans would have at least expected them to put up more of a fight. Marko Arnautovic was lucky to stay on the pitch following some reckless fouls, so it seemed that today was not going to be their day. Manuel Pellegrini has some issues to address ahead of the clash with Newcastle next week – a game that they must go and win.

Terrible from masuaku today , but I think obiang had a nightmare as well . Hopefully both positions will be sorted in January.
