Liverpool have flattered to deceive this season.
Jurgen Klopp has sorted his defence out for the most part, although they let him down in Paris on Wednesday night.
But Liverpool have really lost something going forward and the link-up play from the midfield was terrible.
Both Georginio Wijnaldum and Jordan Henderson had terrible games just when their manager needed 9/10s from them.
It was tough to separate them on the night but Liverpool fans gave out far mores stick to Henderson on Twitter.
The 2-1 defeat isn’t the end of the road for Liverpool – far from it. Qualification is firmly in their own hands with one game to go against Napoli.
But Liverpool fans are not happy with Henderson starting in big games, where the emphasis should be on attack.
Henderson has his place in certain games but he’s not creative and doesn’t like looking forward.
It seemed at one point that even Virgil van Dijk was screaming at him to pass forwards.
And a lot of fans have had enough.

I don’t know what Henderson does? Doesn’t create, or score, or hold particularly well. His passing is limited and invariably backwards. He doesn’t command the midfield like a captain should or lead the team forward. Help me. What does Hendo do? #LFC
