Arsenal youngster Reiss Nelson scored his fifth goal of the season for Hoffenheim against Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday, and many Gunners fans have taken to Twitter to react to his latest heroics.
The 18-year-old forward has been a revelation for Hoffenheim since they signed him on a season-long loan in the summer, with Nelson bending home a brilliant effort on their way to a 4-1 away win over Leverkusen.

These Arsenal fans seem pretty excited about Nelson’s latest display for Hoffenheim, and who can blame them? The 18-year-old has taken the Bundesliga by storm with his performances for Hoffenheim so far, and his latest goal was probably the best of the lot. Receiving the ball from a short corner, Nelson took a few touches before curling an unstoppable effort into the far corner from a difficult angle. The fact that he has netted five goals in six games in the league for his loan side is quite incredible when you think about his lack of experience in first-team football prior to this spell abroad. It is even more impressive when you consider that Nelson is not a striker, and has been deployed mostly in wide areas or in attacking midfielder by Julien Nagelsmann. Obviously these fans are excited to see what Nelson can do for Arsenal in the future, but if he continues at this rate in Germany and the route to first-team football is packed at the Emirates then they may end up losing the youngster if they are not careful.
