Leeds United have tabled an offer for Juventus rising star Moise Kean, according to Sport.

The Spanish publication claim United are firmly in the hunt to sign the 18-year-old centre-forward along with Euro big hitters Galatasaray and Marseille.

Sport report that Kean’s agent Mino Raiola is looking to secure an exit for his client from Juventus and that “better offers” are on the table from Leeds and his other two suitors.

Good move for Leeds?

It could be an amazing one. Kean is a hugely promising striker who has been called up to the senior Italy squad for the first time ahead of their Tuesday night friendly against USA. There is a good chance that the teenager, who score for the Italy Under-21s against England last week, will make his full debut as manager Roberto Mancini is keen to have a look at the crop of youngsters making their name in the country. This comes even though Kean is making little impression for his club, making just five appearances to date, including only 12 minutes this season, which came in a Champions League showdown.

Likely to happen?

Leeds face some serious competition to land Kean from clubs who regularly play in Europe’s elite competitions and have the financial resources to blow the English Championship club out of the water. United would have to be at their most persuasive and ambitious to agree terms with Kean and his agent Raiola, a notoriously ruthless and demanding operator. The good news for Leeds is that Kean is not getting much game time at Juve, where Cristiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala and Mario Mandzukic rule the roost.
