Tottenham loanee Josh Onomah set-up the winner for Sheffield Wednesday in their 2-1 win against Bristol City on Sunday, and many fans are delighted that he’s finally showing the form he’s capable of.
Onomah was dropped to the bench for the games against Leeds and Aston Villa but was recalled for the 2-2 draw with West Brom and the game on Sunday.
Onomah is on a season-long loan from Tottenham where he’s struggled to break into Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Here are the best reactions from Wednesday and Tottenham fans to his latest game:
He played him in the middle today with Bannan and he was outstanding, tirelessly running and great with the ball, created the room for the second goal with a nice bit of skill beating a couple of players, best of luck to the lad whilst we have him ?

OPINION
Onomah seems to have found his feet at Sheffield Wednesday and that’s great news for them and for Tottenham. Ironically, Spurs could probably do with Onomah now with their current injury problems. Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli have been missing, and Eriksen could be set for an extended time on the sidelines if his problem is worse than first expected. Tottenham fans clearly rate Onomah and want to see him back after his latest loan spell and ready to challenge for the first-team. He’s made 32 appearances for Pochettino so far and the 21-year-old, who came up through the youth ranks at Tottenham, will be hoping that he can finally set out his stall for a place in the new stadium next season.
