Maurizio Sarri is expected to ring the changes for the Europa League game against MOL Vidi at Stamford Bridge tonight.

Vidi are seen as the group’s whipping boys and Sarri will use the opportunity to rest key stars like Marcos Alonso and Eden Hazard, and is expected to make up to nine changes.

£59million man Alvaro Morata should lead the line after flopping so far this season. He hasn’t started the last three Premier League games and has only scored one goal in nine games across all competitions.

He’s in desperate need of a goal to boost his confidence and Vidi will give him the best chance of finding his shooting feet again.

Many Chelsea fans wanted 17-year-old Callum Hudson-Odoi to get a chance in the Premier League this season but that hasn’t happened. We expect the exciting young winger to be unleashed tonight and get his first competitive start outside of the Community Shield.

Pedro is back in training hut we don’t think Sarri will risk him tonight.

Victor Moses should get the nod on the right wing and Ross Barkley is expected to get another chance to prove he can make it as a Chelsea player. Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Jorginho should make up the midfield although Cesc Fabregas could get a chance instead of the Italian in the centre.

This is the starting XI we expect Sarri to announce tonight for the 8pm kick-off:
